Llega el verano y, si quieres refrescaste bien, aquí tienes el nuevo trabajo de esta banda de procedencia italiana. Un grupo conformado por su fundador, Marco ‘Kace’ Capasso a la guitarra, Corrado Quoiani como nuevo vocalista, acompañados por la sección rítmica con Daniele ‘Vinz’ Papale (bajo) y Adriano ‘Jukka’ Merico (batería).
Unos excelentes músicos que nos traen un sonido que recoge el legado del hard rock clásico, a la vez, fresco, renovado, actual, repleto de muy buenas composiciones, melodías, estribillos, guitarras, rítmica y todo lo que le puedes pedir a lo más excelso del estilo. Así lo transmiten desde el principio con ese potente inicio, antológico, de My Lady Firefly y Razor Blade.
En esta línea, nos llegan las brillantes Lexi Love y Rock ‘N’ Roll Again, otras vigorosas, suculentas y alegres canciones, con la banda mostrando su excelsa calidad en la forma de tocar los temas. En clave más melódica, visibilizando su versatilidad musical, aparecen otras delicias como son Horizon High y Ride On, virtuosamente ejecutadas por estos músicos.
Blame It On Love y Round and Round continúan el festival sonoro que va desarrollando esta obra tan completa, jugosa y magnifica que Marco, Corrado y compañía nos ofrecen. Y es que este disco está repleto de sólidas y atrayentes composiciones, de toques y detalles cuidados que traslucen creatividad musical a raudales, como prosiguen visibilizando con Just Like Madness y Lifeline.
Invisible Enemy y As the Wind Blows cierran este maravilloso disco que, pienso, deben escuchar y gozar todos aquellos apasionados del hard rock en sus diversos estilos. Estamos, creo, ante una de las sorpresas y trabajos más relevantes e imprescindibles de este año.
