Segunda entrega de los noruegos Stargazer, quienes debutaron muy promisoriamente con “The Sky Is The Limit”, obteniendo buena repercusión entre el público del género y los medios especializados.
Y todavía seguimos teniendo algunos coletazos de lo que ha sido la pandemia, ya que al no poder presentar como hubieran querido el debut, agacharon la cabeza y se dedicaron de lleno a la producción del sucesor, y se titula “Life Will Never Be The Same”; título acorde a lo anteriormente mencionado.
Para aquellos que no los conocen aún, la banda cultiva un hard rock, que por momentos se acerca al heavy más clásico de los 80.
“Can You Conceive it” nos muestra claramente la dirección de la banda, con un riff machacante y guitarras “afiladas”, llevados adelante por la voz de Tore André Helgemo, quien es el guitarrista rítmico.
A Helgemo lo escucho como una mezcla entre Rob Halford y Geoff Tate y el sonido de la banda hace que calce perfecto en el producto final.
La producción estuvo a cargo del guitarrista William Ernstsen y el propio Helgemo, y la mezcla y la masterización quedó en manos nada mas y nada menos de Soren Andersen, quien deja su sello de calidad.
Brilla el mid tempo “Rock The Sky”, con un clima perfecto para este tipo de temas y esas guitarras que te van cortando poco a poco, sin concesión.
Sorprende “Live Today”, con un cambio radical en la onda del disco, ya que es un tema en el que predomina la guitarra acústica, trayéndome el recuerdo de los Thunder, pero que queda muy bien en el disco
Otro de los puntos altos es “Heartbroken”, más lento, pesado, y cautivante.
Si con el debut fueron revelación, con este “Life Will Never Be The Same” vienen a confirmar que son una banda a tener en cuenta, ¡esperando los conciertos para poder apreciarlos en vivo!

“Live Today” is surprising, with a radical change in the wave of the album, since it is a song in which the acoustic guitar predominates, bringing back the memory of the Thunder, but it fits very well on the album.
Another of the high points is “Heartbroken”, slower, heavier, and captivating.
If they were a revelation with their debut, with this “Life Will Never Be The Same” they come to confirm that they are a band to take into account, waiting for the concerts to be able to appreciate them live!
